Configurator & Lead Form (this section applies to app.synqdome.io)
When you submit the configurator's quote request form, we collect and store: your name, email, phone number (if provided), the configuration you built, your IP address, and the date/time you gave consent. This data is stored in our database and shared with the relevant manufacturer's sales team to follow up on your request.
Retention: 24 months from submission, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting hello@synqdome.com.
We do not sell this data. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties beyond the manufacturer you requested a quote from.
Core Principle
"Your data. Your infrastructure." For our property-management/IoT features, SYNQDOME does not collect, process, or store sensor or occupancy data on its own servers.
01 — Data Security
For connected-property features, the platform uses a zero-storage architecture: encrypted connections directly to on-site hardware rather than intermediary data copies.
- TLS 1.3 encrypted channels for all connections
- Session-scoped authentication tokens with no persistence beyond active use
- Multi-factor verification requirement for dashboard access
- Audit logs retained locally within the property owner's infrastructure
02 — No Third-Party Storage
SYNQDOME functions as an interface, not a data warehouse, for connected-property data. We do not share, sell, license, or otherwise transfer any information derived from your property systems to third parties.
03 — IP Connection Responsibility
Network security responsibility for on-site hardware falls entirely on property owners. SYNQDOME does not manage, configure, or have administrative access to your on-site hardware or network infrastructure.
04 — Cookies & Account Data
Only functional cookies necessary for session management are used. We do not employ tracking cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or behavioural profiling tools.
